The Andrews Government is building or upgrading men’s sheds for communities all over Victoria.

Member for Broadmeadows, Frank McGuire, today announced this year’s Men’s Shed grant applications are now open.

The Victorian Government is investing nearly $900,000 to build, upgrade or refurbish men’s sheds, which play a key role safeguarding the emotional and social health and wellbeing of Victorian men.

More than one million payments have been made to families from the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund making sure disadvantaged students don’t miss out on vital activities with their peers.

Member for Broadmeadows, Frank McGuire, today announced that 8,289 payments have been made to students across the Broadmeadows region from the Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund since 2015.
